Your spine is the highway of your central nervous system. Inside your spinal column flows cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) - a crystal-clear liquid that bathes your brain and spinal cord, removing metabolic waste, delivering nutrients, and cushioning your most delicate tissues.

When your spine is stiff, that fluid slows down. When it slows down, brain fog sets in. Migraines increase. Your nervous system gets stuck in "alarm mode" because the pump that clears stress chemicals is clogged.

  • Yes, it's safe for both prenatal and postpartum - go slower for prenatal.

    For postpartum, this course will help with releasing trauma from hips and rebuilding your pelvic floor.

  • All the classes are pre-recorded so you can do them at your own pace. You have lifetime access to the course so you can redo it as much as you want or need.

  • This is unique person to person, generally it takes 1 week to start feeling the results and 3 weeks to fully release the stored stress fully. You'll be taught the step-by-step in this course.
