START WITHIN - MEDITATION

This meditation is the starting point of Qi Gong practice,

it’s called ZU CHANG FA, organization of the field.

It can also be done on its own, to re-center your energy throughout the day.

You can do it as many times a day you wish to, wear headphones and close your eyes. It is best to practice it sitting up straight or standing on united feet.
