ENERGY CLEARING SESSIONS

Reconnect to Your Vitality.

A 1-Hour Deep EnergY Cleansing Session.

What This Is

This is a one-hour, in-person session of deep energetic cleansing.

This is a traditional practice stemming from my ancestral lineage, honed over years of dedicated study. It is based on the core principles of Chinese energy medicine, where focused intention guides vital energy (Qi) to clear, balance, and restore your body's natural energy field.

The Foundation of This Practice

This is not Reiki, massage, or a modern energy modality. This is an ancestral lineage practice, operating on the core principles of Chinese energy medicine.

The work is based on the fundamental axiom: "Yi Dao Qi Dao" (意到氣到) – "Where the mind (intention) goes, the energy follows." As the practitioner, I have cultivated a strong mind focus and the ability to act as a pure conduit. I do not use my own personal energy but draw upon universal and earthly Qi, cultivate it, and direct it with precise intention to facilitate deep cleansing and rebalancing within your energy field (your 氣場 Qì Chǎng, or Wei Qi field).

The goal of the session is to address the roots of imbalance by:

  • Supplementing deficient Qi (vital energy).

  • Dispersing stagnant or blocked Qi.

  • Clearing foreign energies, implants, or entities.

  • Releasing inherited energetic patterns and emotional imprints.

  • Restoring coherent flow and balance within your body, mind, and spirit.

Is This Session For You?

This session is designed for those who:

  • Feel chronically tired, drained, or "stuck."

  • Are navigating periods of transition, grief, or emotional overwhelm.

  • Feel burdened by family patterns or past traumas they can't seem to shake.

  • Sense they are carrying energies that are not their own.

  • Seek a powerful reset to reconnect with their inner strength and clarity.

What does the recipient feel?

Sensations during and after the session vary widely but commonly include:

* Profound warmth or a cool, tingling sensation.

* Pulsing, vibrating, or a feeling of magnetic pull.

* Involuntary twitching or mild muscle contractions.

* Emotional release (sudden laughter or tears).

* A deep sense of relaxation and peace.

Your Session (60 Minutes)

  1. Intention & Diagnosis (5-10 min): We discuss your focus. I perform an energy scan (in-person or remotely) to assess the state of your field.

  2. Energetic Transmission & Clearing (40-45 min): The core of the session. You will relax on a massage table while I work within your energy field to clear, balance, and replenish your energy field with the support of specific healing frequencies.

  3. Integration & Sealing (5-10 min): We discuss the shifts and sensations. I provide guidance on grounding and how to anchor the new state of balance in your daily life.

Post-Session Care

The clearing integration continues for 24-72 hours. To support this natural process, we strongly encourage:

  • Hydration: Drink plenty of water to help flush released energies.

  • Rest: Allow your system time to recalibrate.

  • Grounding: Spend time in nature, eat root vegetables, and avoid high-stimulus environments.

  • Breathing: you’ll be equipped with a recorded guided breathing technique to keep the field clear.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How is this different from Reiki or other energy healings?
The key difference lies in the application of the core principle "Yi Dao Qi Dao" and the specific techniques used to not just channel energy, but to actively cleanse the field, effectively restoring your original energetic blueprint.

2. What does it mean to be a "conduit"? Are you using your own energy?
No. A trained practitioner does not deplete their own core energy (Jing). Through internal cultivation, I have learned to draw upon the abundant Qi of the universe and earth, much like an antenna or amplifier, and direct that purified energy for your healing. This ensures the work is sustainable and pure.

3. Can the online session really be as effective as in-person?
Yes. The principle that "intention leads Qi" means that focused consciousness transcends physical distance.

4. What do you mean by "foreign energies" or "implants"?
In an energetic context, these are non-physical, discarnate energies or thought-forms that can attach to a person's field, often stemming from trauma, intense environments, or inherited patterns. They can drain vitality and create emotional or mental interference. The session is designed to identify and clear these attachments, much like clearing static from a radio signal to restore the original broadcast.

5. Is this a substitute for medical or psychological care?
No. Absolutely not. This is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a replacement for diagnosis, treatment, or therapy from a licensed medical doctor (MD) or mental health professional (PhD, PsyD, LCSW). If you have serious health concerns, you must seek appropriate conventional care. This work supports overall well-being on an energetic level.

Choose Your Session Format

In-Person Session

The traditional and most immersive experience. You will be in a dedicated, sacred space designed to support deep energetic work.

  • The Process: You will lie fully clothed and comfortable on a massage table. The session begins with a brief consultation to set your intention. I will perform a detailed energy scan of your field, perceiving disturbances in your Wei Qi. Using a combination of static and dynamic Qi emission techniques from a non-touch distance, I will work to clear blockages, replenish depleted areas, and scour your field of interference. This is all performed within a supportive sound bath of specific frequencies designed to facilitate the cleansing process. The session concludes with a grounding and sealing phase to stabilize your newly cleared field.

  • What You May Feel: Recipients often report profound sensations of warmth, tingling, magnetic pulls, or gentle waves of energy. Involuntary twitching or emotional release is common as blocks dissolve. The primary outcome is a deep sense of peace, lightness, and clarity.

Online / Remote Session

Energy is not bound by physical location. Through the principle of Yi Dao Qi Dao, intention can bridge any distance to facilitate a powerful clearing within your energetic blueprint.

  • The Process: We connect via a secure video call and discuss the initial intention-setting. You then find a quiet, comfortable space to lie down for the duration of the transmission, placing the camera so that I can see your full body. On my end, I perform the same focused work as in an in-person session: scanning your energy field remotely, emitting Qi, and directing the clearing and balancing process with the same precision. The supportive sound frequencies are transmitted directly through our call. We reconnect at the end for the integration and grounding discussion.

  • What You May Feel: The sensations in a remote session are often just as potent. Many report feeling a tangible shift in the energy of the room, waves of warmth or coolness moving through their body, a sudden release of tension, or falling into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. The resulting feelings of clarity and lightness are identical to the in-person experience.

DEeper details about the practice

Energy clearing sessions are based on the following principles

The practice operates on several core principles of Chinese medicine:

1. Qi (氣) as Fundamental Substance: Everything is composed of and influenced by Qi. Health is a state of balanced, smooth-flowing Qi; disease is a state of Qi deficiency, stagnation, or rebellion.

2. The Human Energy Field (氣場 Qì Chǎng): The body is surrounded by an energy field called the "Wei Qi" (衛氣), defensive field. A skilled practitioner can perceive disturbances in this field to diagnose issues.

3. Intent Guides Qi (意到氣到 Yì Dào Qì Dào): This is the most critical axiom. The mind (意 Yì) is the commander of Qi. A practitioner's focused intention is what directs the flow of emitted Qi. The breath and specific hand movements are the vehicles, but intention is the driver.

4. The Practitioner as a Conduit: A Wai Qi Liao practitioner does not use their own primordial Jing (essence) to heal. Through years of dedicated internal Qigong practice, they learn to act as a conduit or amplifier. They draw in universal and earthly Qi (天地之氣 Tiān Dì Zhī Qì), cultivate it in their Dantian, and project it outward for healing purposes.

Important Considerations

* Not a Replacement for Western Medicine: It is considered a complementary therapy. Serious medical conditions always require conventional diagnosis and treatment.

* Ethical Practice: The relationship is one of trust. A true healer operates with humility and compassion, understanding their role as a facilitator of the recipient's own innate healing intelligence. Wai Qi Liao represents one of the most advanced and mystifying applications of the ancient understanding of Qi, bridging the gap between the tangible physical body and the subtle energies that animate it.

The Origins of this practice: Lineages and Historical Sources

Wai Qi Liao is not a single, unified system but a skill found within many Qigong and martial arts lineages. It was historically a closely guarded secret, passed only to senior disciples.

Taoist Lineages

Many Taoist monasteries, such as those on Wudang Mountain and Longhu Mountain, have internal traditions of medical Qigong that include Wai Qi Liao. These practices are often integrated with herbalism, talismanic healing (符咒 Fú Zhòu), and internal alchemy.

Buddhist Lineages

Certain schools of Chan (Zen) Buddhism practice forms of "Qi emission," often in the context of blessing or healing. The practice is deeply tied to the cultivation of compassion (慈悲 Cí Bēi) and the concept of transferring merit.

The Hunyuan Qigong System

Developed by Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang, this system, which stems from Taiji and Qigong, explicitly includes "Hunyuan Qigong Therapy," a form of Wai Qi Liao where the practitioner uses Taiji principles to emit soft, penetrating, and spherical Qi.

The Zhi Neng Qigong System

Founded by Dr. Pang Heming, one of the most famous Qigong masters in modern China, this system heavily emphasizes external Qi healing for both individual and "group field" treatments. Dr. Pang's work brought Wai Qi Liao into mainstream Chinese hospitals and research institutions in the 1980s and 90s.

Medical Qigong in TCM

In China, "Medical Qigong" is a recognized branch of TCM, alongside acupuncture and herbalism. Practitioners undergo formal training and are certified to use Wai Qi Liao in clinical settings. The Chinese Health Qigong Association standardizes and promotes many of these practices. Historical and Modern Sources:

The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon (黃帝內經 Huángdì Nèijīng)

This foundational TCM text, dating back over 2,000 years, discusses Qi and the therapist's ability to influence it, laying the philosophical groundwork.

Scientific Research

During the "Qi Gong Boom" in China from the 1980s onward, significant state-sponsored research was conducted. Studies, often published in Chinese journals, claimed to measure emitted Qi as infrared radiation, low-frequency magnetic waves, infrasound, and particle flows. This research represents a concerted effort to provide a scientific basis for the phenomenon.

About the practitioner

Since 2016, Yu Lin Humm immersed herself in the intensive and continuous practice of Hunyuan Qi Gong. She began teaching in 2018 under the direct guidance of Vladimir Sidorov, disciple of Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang lineage. That same year, she expanded her practice to include Zhi Neng Qi Gong, engaging in years of dedicated training to synthesize these two profound arts, as their shared foundation is in cultivating Hunyuan Qi. A pivotal ancestral reconnection that happened in 2021 opened the comprehensive training of Yu Lin’s lineage practices, rooted in buddhist/taoist hermetic traditional practices from Guangxi, China.
