FAQS

  • Not at all. This course is designed for anyone who wants to reconnect with their cyclical body—whether you're currently menstruating, have irregular cycles, are coming off hormonal birth control, or are in perimenopause. The teachings honor all stages of the menstrual continuum and provide tools for hormonal balance, womb healing, and self-awareness, regardless of where you are in your journey.

  • Both—intentionally. Every being is spiritual by design. We combine evidence-based hormonal health and functional medicine with ancient womb wisdom, somatic practices, and cyclical archetypes. You’ll learn the biology of your hormones and explore the emotional, energetic, and cultural aspects of menstruation. The goal is to empower you with both scientific understanding and sacred connection.

  • This course is structured as a guided 14-day journey, but it’s designed to be flexible and self-paced. Each day includes educational content plus a reflective or somatic practice. While it does not offer individual coaching, you’ll be equipped with tools to track your symptoms, create your own healing protocol, and integrate the practices into your unique life and cycle.
